Sign up, get your personal German delivery address, and use it when shopping at EU online stores. Once your parcels arrive at our warehouse, we'll notify you. You can then arrange shipping to Cyprus through your Shiplyr dashboard.
You can start with our free Flex plan and pay €6.90 handling per parcel, plus shipping costs. For regular shoppers, we also offer monthly and annual plans with additional benefits. You'll be able to review your shipping options and prices before paying.
Depending on the carrier, Express delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, while Economy shipping typically takes 8–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Yes! With our Monthly and Annual plans, you can consolidate parcels from different EU stores into one shipment. Consolidation is optional and costs €21 for up to three parcels, plus €4 for each additional parcel.
Yes. We can arrange returns from our German warehouse for €5 per parcel, plus any applicable return shipping costs. You'll need to provide a printable return shipping label (PDF) from the retailer. QR codes alone are not accepted. Please contact us before requesting a return.
